Suns loves Jema: The Prenup

It was a lot of fun making this Prenup video, from the storyboard to postproduction, for the couple - Suns & Jema. After our first meet, we found out what they love doing together, we also asked a common friend about their lovestory in a nutshell, plus we found out that Sir Suns is a big Pearl Jam fan and loves this song specially.  Putting it all together, Eloisa and I came up with this for their prenup.  Enjoy their video :)

Chill Pill

"For what it's worth: it's never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you find that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again"
-Benjamin Button: [Voice over; letter to his daughter]

Undeniably, photography to me is like blood in veins.  I have reached new heights, met new faces and friends, and given me this new sense of achievement, a new high... a high that does not seem to subside... but it's NOT ALL butterflies and bees, really.

IT IS A CRAZY WORLD this photography scene.  Caught off guard, I have never realized this would be this rough.  I left the Corporate world 2 years ago because I cannot digest the cut-throat game and I cannot nurture the growing monster in me that made me survive and excel in that industry, among other reasons.  I had to go out and save myself from the sugar-coated damage that I have been enduring.  So there came photography... a new hobby, that grew into passion, and lead me to sustaining gas money every month... not that much really as it is just a big bonus or plus.  Good if I get gigs, fine if there are lull months.  Photography is my therapy, my CATHARSIS, my Nevernever Land... until one day I have realized that everything has its flip-side.  Crab-mentality, "friendly-users", egotistic maniacs, deluded individuals... the list goes on.  It strips me down to my last thread of sanity, but then again is so other aspects of life.

Photography, has taught me to look at different perspectives, thankfully.  I won't lie that I have thought of leaving this 'world' quite a few times... BUT this time I know this is what I want to do 'til I die.  I WILL BE HERE FOR GOOD.  Afterall, it is for me, and those that believe in what I do and in what I can offer, but really it is for me.  This is me... This is my Chill Pill.... and I am proud of what I am doing and it drives me crazy-excited of what more I can do in this 'world'. :)
